The Apartments

We have two apartments in the new Turtle Bay Village (TBV) complex, in Esentepe. One is a penthouse apartment, the other, a ground floor apartment next to the only heated pool on site. Both apartments are furnished to a high standard and are fully equipped to make your stay comfortable.

Penthouse

This first floor penthouse apartment has unspoilt views of the five finger mountains and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms (1 en-suite), kitchen and lounge leading onto a large balcony overlooking the largest pool and toddler pool. The main bedroom also has a balcony leading from it. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, wardrobes and drawers.  A spiral staircase takes you to the private room terrace. The Lounge has a 2 seater and 3 seater sofas, TV and DVD player for DVD and CD play, electric fan. We have installed wireless internet so that you can bring your laptop with you (vouchers for time available on site).   The kitchen is fuly equipped with microwave, washing machine and all the kitchen crocker/ utensils to make your stay fully self catering if you wish.

There are 2 sun loungers on the private roof terrace and patio furniture on the large balcony. The roof terrace is a real asset giving complete privacy whilst capturing the beatiful views of the surrounding area.

Living Rooms	Lounge with 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, kitchen area with dining table and chairs. The lounge leads onto 2 balconies overlooking pool, one with seating area and the other with staircase leading to roof terrace. Air conditioning unit in lounge.
Other	Welcome packs can be arranged ready for your arrival. Prices start from £10.
Cleaning/towels/Maid Service	Apartment will be fully cleaned for arrival. Bed linen and towels are provided. A weekly cleaning service is provided, and additional cleaning and welcome pack can be arranged.

Ground Floor Apartment

The ground floor apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (1 en-suite), both with shower over bath. A large lounge and kitchen area leads onto a large terrace with patio table and chairs. The terrace is also reached from the main bedroom and has sun loungers with sea views. The terrace leads to the communal heated swimming pool and is next to the gym/beauty salon. The lounge has a large comfortable corner sofa, TV and DVD player for playing CD’s and DVD’s, electric fan and wireless broadband internet connection for use with your own laptop (credits can be purchased on site)   The Kitchen area has table and chairs and is fully equipped all your crockery, pans, dishes etc to make your stay fully self catering if you wish. The kitchen also has a washing machine, microwave, iron and ironing board.

The many facilities of the complex will suit families with children of all ages as well as couples and golfers. Car hire is essential. We can arrange car hire and airport transfers for you.
