Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible.

Booking notes
A deposit of 25% of the total booking cost is required at time of booking. The remaining balance plus a £100 breakages bond is due 8 weeks prior to departure. As soon as we get confirmation that the apartment has been left with no damages, the bond be returned 7 days after the departure and once the key has been received back.

The apartments are cleaned and ready for your arrival with beds made up and towels available, and cleaned on your departure.  Additional cleaning and/or change of laundry can be arranged at an extra cost.  However the apartment is easily kept clean and we are happy for you to launder towels/ bedding yourselves if necessary.
